Expat Exit is a recruiting service that helps employers (“Customers”, “Employers”) to connect with skilled professionals, (“Users”, “Candidates”, “you”), through recruitment.
2. Expat Exit account
In order to start using the Expat Exit services, you must first sign up and create an account. During this we request you to accept these Terms and Conditions.
You are allowed to create a Expat Exit account and use our services only if you are eligible to enter into legal contracts independently pursuant to jurisdiction of your residence. In general, this means you have to be at least eighteen (18) years old. However, if law requires that you must be older in order for LinkedIn to lawfully provide the Services to you (including the collection, storage and use of your information) then the Minimum Age is such older age.
If you are a job seeker, you are only allowed to create an account if you create the account personally and if you are not already restricted by LinkedIn from using the Services. We do not accept representation of job seekers via power of attorney or other means.

The User is free to choose whether he or she wants to provide additional information.
6. How the information is stored
We save your personal information in our database in order to work on your request. Expat Exit reserves its right to sell your personal information and data to a third party if these date will be used for the purpose of the Website which is to find the right job offer for the User. All actions will naturally be completed in compliance with applicable laws of personal data and privacy.
